Battelle Drug Identification NER Model

• Worked with Battelle Inc. to develop a NER model to identify drug name and usage from medical records.
• Used a BioBERT bi-directional LSTM model to achieve 94% accuracy on the test set.
• Deployed the model as a Flask app running on the Anvil Supercomputer.
• Presented at The Data Mine’s annual Corporate Partner Symposium.

• Self-hosted a full-stack online platform for remote education on a Raspberry Pi using Flutter.
• Used Appwrite’s open-source backend to store user data and authenticate users via email and password.
• Deployed a custom NGINX server to route traffic to the Flutter app and Appwrite backend.

SAT Web Scraper
